“Cadeau” means “gift” in French. I chose that name for my coaching practice because many of us don’t have time to focus on ourselves in deep and meaningful ways, and definitely not with a trusted coach. It is a gift to have an objective thought partner by your side while you explore life’s possibilities and envision your future.

I discovered coaching in 2009, after completing my Masters degree in counseling. I thought I wanted to be a therapist but then realized that I prefer to explore possibility rather than pathology. I wanted to work with willing adults who were ready to change but just needed help getting there.

In my 25+ years of professional experience I’ve touched many domains: executive coaching & facilitation; business & people management for creative and consulting firms; brand strategy & design; and knowledge management. I have career coached employees and peers, facilitated executive teams seeking breakthrough, and guided executives through major career transitions. I am also a mother and wife in a blended family and a multi-lingual European-American with international work and life experience.
